SAMP, e uma modificação criada para o GTA San Andreas que permite os jogadores jogarem mutiplayer, com varias pessoas do mundo inteiro, em servidores de ate 1000 pessoas, um pequeno grupo russo esta desenvolvendo esta mesma modificação para android, esta e uma versão de testes, como esse tipo de modificação e limitado em smartphones, eles estão trabalhando duro para fazer isso funcionar.

Novidades da nova versão

- A sincronização foi melhorada. Agora todas as animações são exibidas corretamente.
- Aquisição do chat. o status da conexão é mostrado no chat.
- Sincronização com o banco do passageiro. Para se sentar no banco do passageiro, você deve tocar duas vezes no botão "entrar no carro."
- Skins, agora os personagens jogam com pedestres, não são todos CJ como na versão anterior.
